Hi, I'm Lia Fernandes — welcome to my corner of the internet.

I'm a journalist, graduated from UFRJ (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro), with a postgraduate degree in digital marketing. I spent part of my career writing for Revista Seleções, and these days I write here about the things I care about most: aging well after 40, taking care of my health, and making the most of every trip I get to take.

This blog started as a personal project — a place to share what I'm learning about staying healthy, active, and curious as I get older, alongside travel guides from places I've actually visited myself.
